Coaching and clinical care work best together. They are different disciplines with different purposes, and both have a place in restoration.
Coaching with Florida Soars restores clarity, presence, and authority in your life and leadership. We work in the present and toward the future, informed by the past but no longer held by it. I serve as a certified, trauma-informed coach. Engagements are private pay or sponsored by your organization.
Coaching
Clinical Care
Licensed clinical care assesses, diagnoses, and treats mental health conditions, with a focus on symptoms and clinical healing. It is provided by a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, and is often covered by insurance. If you are already in therapy, coaching can stand beside that work, and with your written permission I am glad to coordinate with your clinician. If what you need ever reaches beyond the scope of coaching, I will tell you plainly and help you find the right licensed professional. Your wellbeing always comes before the engagement.
